Interested in Playing Rugby?

Who? Anyone that is 18 years or older can play on our rugby team. College attending students are encouraged to play for their respective schools but we do not turn people away. Rugby is also a sport that can involve any player no matter what your skill level.

What? Rugby is played much like American Football with the major some of the major differences being.

-for the most part no one wears pads
-play is continious like soccer or hockey
-there is no blocking or forward passing

When? Rugby has 2 seasons, one in the fall (regulation) and one in the Spring (freindly). Some teams do compete through out the summer but we currently do not. We Generally practice 2 nights a week. See practice info for updated details.

Where? We have a practice/game field located on the south side of St. Cloud. Our away matches can be anywhere from Canada to Southern Minnesota although away games are generally 1 to 2 hours away. Click here for directions to our pitch.

Why? It is said that rugby is 50% social and 50% competative. If you are interested in making some friends while playing a physical and competative sport, rugby is your anwser!
